Another EHD Question

I know there are other threads on the subject but I was wondering what the limit is for external HDD size? I want to add two 5TB drives one on my HR44 & one on my HR24. I was thinking WD Red or Black drives?

2Tb on the R24. 12Tb or more on the Hr44.

Excellent. I'll get a 2 for the 24 & 5 or 6 on the 44. I'll probably get the WD Black drive as it looks like it's made for 24/7 use

Lets HOPE, your not gonna fill them up with shows, movies and complain when its lost when a drive fails.

No complaining from me. I've lost more then one EHD on my BellTV receivers over the years. It sucks but I chalk it up to it is what it is. It's mostly for shows. I only archive movies that are a bit older and aren't out on BD that way I at least have an HD feed. I definitely know what I'm getting into.
