Err, that is the annual report submitted to stock holders for annual meeting in June. It is not an old report. It is the current annual report. There is a difference between quartley and annual reports.

I am not sure why they would be meeting in June over stuff that was publicclly disclosed in February. A lot changes over time. 
Yes Dish does have a lot of unused satellite space at 105 / 121. (The old SuperDISH slots)

not to belabor the point, Dish does not own satellites, ECHOSTAR does. Don't read Dish Network.
