Is it just me or is Anik F1 behaving strangely as of late. I cannot get any transponders to lock at all and stay locked. The signal quality varies wildly between 20% and 54% on all the transponders and does not stay stable.

C band,if you're having trouble with shaw,you might want to post in the Canadian services section.
If you´re talking Shaw Direct, it was working fine for me, I just finished watching, and I was watching for a couple of hours channels on F1.
But as mentioned above if you meant Shaw, this issue belongs in the Canadian sat services.

I am not a Shaw subscriber, just trying for the three FTA channels on there. Looks like it really is just me then a bit odd and likely has to do with my receiver. It locks just fine onto other satellites but not this one oddly enough.
If you are talking about the three FTA channels like ctv2 and another couple that allude my memory right now, they are FTA BUT they are dc2 not dvb. There is occasionally a couple of feeds that are dvb on that sat but it is usually around 6 pm est and they are usually in french with 4:2:2 video.
Yes , any previously subbed Shaw box will receive those channels. I have one I just took out of my system a couple months ago.
Yes i have a 60 Cm Shaw with 103.0 W on one lnb and 107.3 W with 22 Khz on for CTV 2 on the other lnb.
I also have a 75 Cm Shaw for 87W and 91W.
