According to lyngsat there is a channel in the clear. The indigo preview channel. I was trying to use this channel to tune my dish to this satellite. I didn't get a thing. What's up with that? I see there is nothing in Icebergs strong transponder post for that sat either. I hope I'm not missing any digital wildfeeds on that sat.

the preview channel is DCII so a DVB box can't get it.

One of these day's I'll update that list with 111.1

Shouldn't the Nagravision channel be useful for aiming?
Something that'll register on a DBS receiver.
We have it on the Sat Guy's List:

Yep Anole, you're right. I found it no problem with that shoppers drug mart channel. Obviously it said no audio or video cause it's scrambled but, it is useful for aiming.

When I add a satellite to my DVB box it adds ok but, it comes up as being located at 360* west. I can't find any way to change that. As I was told in another post it's best to have two satellites for C and KU so you don't have to keep changing the LO freq. When I added a second one for AMC 4 is when this happened. Is it typical for not being able to change the degrees on a DVB box? Is it done at the factory only?

Anik F 111 isn't even in my DVB receiver
