Amazon Alexa missing from settings

I recently updated from Hopper to Hopper 3. Used Alexa on previous Hopper but it's not even available on the Hopper 3 settings. Chatted with support a couple of times and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for updating. It's been over 48 hours and still nothing. Chatted again and was told it would be referred to the Technical Operations Team, then the Engineer Team, and may not be fixed for months. Would appreciate any suggestions.

You should give your new Hopper 3 at least 72 hours to come to working speed. By then you should see Alexa in the Settings menu.

Thanks for the response. Just getting over-anxious at 60 hours, I guess. Pushing buttons on that remote is difficult.
