You do need a satellite tracking program in order to know when the satellite will be within your listening/operating range. One of my favorite programs is called Satscape and it's free!! Get it at http://www.satscape.co.uk/

Just a reminder.... You must be a licensed Amateur Radio Operator in order to operate. Go to www.arrl.org for details on how to become a "Ham". But half the fun is listening to them as they fly by your area!!! You don't need a license to listen!! :D
