AM21 Power Consumption

Anyone know the wattage the AM21 requires/users? I've used the search option but no joy (typical I might add, for me anyway). Thanks

A typical DVR is about 25 watts. So the AM21 is probably a little less than that. So if you pay .10kwh and had your AM21 on 24/7 all year it would cost you about $25 a year or $2 a month to operate. They also state there isn't much difference in power consumption by having the AM21 on or in stand-by.

Not enough to be worried about. Whether the unit is "On" or "Off", it consumes the same amount of power.

A few pennies a year, is not going to break my pocket book.

It uses about 10 watts if I recall. A little too much to power it through the USB port.
