While searching for info on rtn the other day I found this site:
rtn.tv/
All the horse-racing channels on G3ku, from their site it doesn't appear they
have any restrictions on who they sell to. If you're really into horse-racing and
don't mind the hundred bucks a month for it, seems they will sell you the programming, or a satellite system, receiver and dish also.
DIdn't know of any other programming for sale , other than glorystar, to home viewers.
EDIT : HAD to delete URL as it will only link to raytheon from here, do not understand why.
in the browser it comes up as www.rtn.tv/ but that won't work here.

Those stations are mainly used for simulcasting to different horse/dog tracks. Here in MN we have a horse track but they only do live racing from May-Sept. The rest of the time its the card club & simulcasting.

I couldn't find any date on that page so I don't know how accurate it is, just thought it was unusual they seem to not have any restriction on who buys it.
Hell, if they'd throw in the weather channel and a couple of news stations I'd be tempted to subscribe. I like to watch the horses.
