All Cinemax Channels

Is there any chance that Dish will carry the rest of the cinemax channels other then the current 5 that are on there. It would be a great thing if they were on there.

Considering how cost aversive our dear Charles Ergan is, not if he can help it. If they do appear, it will be because of leverage (force) from Cinemax. I do believe that is how we got 5 Star Max. I don't find the content on the remaining Cinemax channels terribly compelling (they were part of my subscription on cable) and do consider them a wast of bandwidth.

The only additional MaOr any other premium) channels Dish should consider is HD channels.

Is Cinemax even offering additional channels to anybody other than cable? I thought they weren't.
