Called this internet purveyor of dish tv last week, set up an appointment for a Dish install Monday, Dec. 4, from 12-5 PM. Guess what, nobody showed and nobody even called to tell me that no one would show.
What a lame company. :mad:
If this is a reflection of dish tv service, I'll pass.
I then called All America Direct to cancel the order and no one even apologized for me wasting 5 hours of my time waiting for no one to show up.
AAD sucks!

Did you set up your DISH install through DISH Network themselves?

If so, you can always try emailing the Executive Office: ceo@dishnetwork.com

They are good at resolving issues like this quickly.

Sounds like a bad installer. :(
