I'm sorry Vurbano, but I believe you're incorrect on that statement. The majority rulling in the Kelo vs. City of New London case consisted of Justices Stevens, Souter, Ginsberg, Breyer and Kennedy. The only conservative in that group is Kennedy and he's a moderate conservative who is often a swing vote
