Into the 9th, I'm thinking that MLB Net. will follow it, but then again, maybe not.
It's on ESPN2

What an idiot calling the game, he said the ball Mauer hit , hit off the mound .....
It was in the air all the way past the SS.
How cool would that have been- a three-man no-hitter...
That was Josh Lewin...he did some MLB games on Big Fox besides FSN SW
This team has been rebuilding since '06 and to a larger extent '85
I think they will sign Ordonez.
They've needed a SS and a Catcher for years.
You left A. Jackson off your list of players to keep.
He'll definately be back in CF and deservedly so.
So you have a 1B, CF and a few pitchers.
Chances are they will keep Peralta as he has played no worse than those he replaced.
I can see them trying Rhymes at 2B next year, they try a different youngster every year it seems.
Boesch will be back next year, somewhere.
Damon could very well be back next year as well, if they could only find a DH position for him.

IMO, that would be a tainted no-hitter. Just like a no-hitter with runs scored.
Ok, I found out Jackson still plays for us, what a relief!
Personally, I would like Ordonez to be a DH, he's dreadful in the field, average at best. And only bringing him back if the price is right.
Guillen, gone. Bonderman, gone.
Really, I don't even care if Procello doesn't return. He's really taken a dive, and need to find a groove.
Damon, I would like to see him stay hope he doesn't head to Boston or can return next year. But I'm not counting on it.
Boesch could be here, but that guy can't go 1-40 for a month or whatever he was in July.
Ok so far we've got
C - ? (please don't say Aviala)
1B - Cabrera
2nd - Rhymes?
SS- Peralta?
3rd- Inge/peralta
LF - Boesch?
CF - Jackson
RF - Ordonez/Damon/Boesch?
SP - Velander
Sp - Shearzer
Sp - Oh god..Porcello
Sp - ?
Sp - ?
Closer - Valverda
Bullpen - Coke, Perry, Zumaya?, anyone else?
That's a lot of question marks, and I'm just wondering if the Inge at 3rd and Peralta at SS would be a good thing? I think Inge is a slightly better defender then peralta, and peralta is a better hitter then Inge.
5 guys inked in as starters, plus players and better, and thats it.
The sky isn't falling, but that's a lot of players to replace in one year, and hope chemistry and fits are good.
Why would a 2 or 3 man no hitter be tainted ?
It would still be a No hitter.
I think tainted was the wrong word......my bad.
A no-hitter would still be a great accomplishment, but I just don't think it's the same thing as one pitcher doing it.
On the other hand you got a pitcher that has hitting his spots all night and you bring a new guy in and he has to be on his game RIGHT AWAY to keep it going .... it MIGHT even be HARDER
Offhand, I would part company with Guillen, Bonderman, Porcello, Laird, Avilla and Damon.I don't mind Ordonez in the field, he's still got a good arm.
I agree Bonderman and Guillen are gone, unless Guillen has more years left, I don't know.
Porcello will be back unless they use him for a big trade, he's still VERY young and will get better.
I agree with Laird / Avilla neither can hit enough to stay, Avilla is a team darling/ family in management, I could see them going out and getting a Cathcer and keeping Avilla, Laird gone, or they could actually do NOTHING and go with what they have. UGH.
I'm thinking they may give Worth a shot at SS, I really don't want Peralta at SS for the year, not as the Starter, I would like for them to go out and get a bonifide SS .
I think your right on with the Outfield, it will be a mishmash at Rt and LT field.
