Aiming a prtable dish

I have seen several dish setups with a "micrometer" adjustment screw for fine tuning the elevation and skew.
Mine has neither. is there an easy (inexpensive) way to update the mount hardware on the back of the dish to provide this capability?

If you dish doesn't have it now, can't see an easy way to add. Would be cheaper to buy that type of dish on e-bay.
