Ahhhh help.... 622 "squish" problem

Don't know what my 3 yr old did but my receiver is outputting 1080i in a squished mode. I know it's the receiver, but I can't find a way to unsquish it. Went to menu - 6 (system setup) - 7 (HDTV setup) and changed aspect ratio to 16 x 9 but still in squished mode.

Of course customer support was clueless. grrr. any way I can get it back to normal without the remote? 3rd old lost that as well.

Try the '*' (format) key on your remote. It's right below the '7.' Whoops, just reread your message. You're gonna need to find that remote.

success. The Harmony 880 has an "aspect" button, either that, or I must have added it as a custom button.

Kinda sucks you can't do it through the receiver menu.... maybe the engineers will think of that in future receivers.
