Ads in Holiday theme

I'm seeing ads in the holiday theme that I don't see in standard theme? Can we get rid of them?

Select one of the other themes, too much coding to go find where it is tonight, and the holiday theme will be turned off in the morning. (But will return for Christmas Eve and Christmas day)
