Ad crashing old shockwave

Some ad keeps crashing my browser, at home I was able to upgrade to the latest version and it works fine, but at work I can't upgrade it so every now and again it goes boom. No idea which one it is too

Found It!!! -- Man its in heavy rotation today 3 times already

You are using an outdated Flash Player, the latest is 9.0.28.0 (your screenshot shows version 7), update it and it should be fine, as for shockwave, the latest vesion is, I think, 10.1.4.020.
