Active Content Glitch

I have an H-21-100. If I tune to the Australian Open Mix channel and push the red button for active content and then push it again for clear, it does a "red button reset" (just like I pulled the plug). Other boxes (2 H20s and an HR20) do not do this, nor does this happen on the affected box from the other AO active content channels.

Weird. Software glitch?
