I tried to activate a receiver today during an upgrade using the order id # from my work order but it didn't work. I had the phone line hooked up but I am not sure what numbers I need to enter. The order number started with 1-xxxxxxxxx and I am not sure how to enter the dash (the dash button don't work). Has anybody else tried this? BTW I am a tech.
