I stumbled upon this PDF showing downlink freqs of ABC News and wildfeeds, especially handy as the weather gets worst up north/some of you get bored over the holidays and want to search for news wildfeeds.

ABC Data Rate: 4.32 Mbsp

is that 12345 V 4320 ?

Yes that is correct. Best to get a motor since most of the good stuff is scattered on all the sats now.
