ABC auto drops on recorded shows

I have been receiving audio drops on recored shows only on ABC via OTA. Watching live shows seem ok, but if I pause or rewind the live show the audio will cut out. I am using a 622 and the OTA channel is ABC 6 WLNE-TV Rhode Island. My signal strength is a steady 85-95.

Any ideas how I can fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated .

That damn "auto" will get you everytime I'm assuming you mena audio. I know that some people have been having audio issues for some time. Hopefully the long awaited update that is coming soon will fix them.

Yes I mean audio..... Not feeling that good and I guess the cold medication in kicking in

That audio dropout also occurs on live OTA. I have experienced it both with the 811 and the 622. It usually happens once per hr and lasts about 5 secs or so. I thought it was our local ABC affiliate that had the problem. I had not heard a lot of other people in other cities say they had the problem. So it appears that its either other affiliates that are configured like our Houston affiliate, KTRK, or it is an ABC network problem. I enjoy it when it drops on commercials but not when it drops at the climactic part of a show.

Mike, I get the same thing using the 622 for KTRK recordings.

ME to Mike and Chet. IT is the most frustrating thing with the hd ktrk channel over Dish. I do not get it with my ota channel 12 KBMT ABC channel from Beaumont. But it is not in hd yet so I will have to keep on recording on Channel 13 till then.
