Just checked it tonight, and this makes the third month in a row they have done this to me...they deduct the ClubDish credits, then add them right back before the bill is released. I called about it afte the first month...CSR couldnt explain it but said it would "probably" correct itself at the next billing ( no, I didnt believe that either)...last month, same thing, so I sent a very detailed email explaining the situation to exec office along with my acct# and Phone#. The previous times I had to email them, I got a response in less than 24 hours, but no such luck this time, and now third month, same problem.
For the three months, I am now $80 in the hole on credits. First real problem I've had with Dish...and disappointed with the poor response from the exec office. Guess it's time to email again.
