Probably. I think network 10 is for D10 or D11 when it launches. 103 may not have any spotbeams receivable in your area, so you wouldn't get any signal from it.
my best educated guess is yes as sat 103 is for hd locals (at least, it is here in daytona beach).
Two questions that should enable me (hopefully) to give you a definite answer.
Do you have an H20 or an HR20?
What is your zip code?
He must have an HR20, since he said he had signal on 99, but just one of the networks. The H20's don't register anything on 99, do they?
They don't but sometimes they look like they do. On my H20-600, when you go to look at 99 you see the transponders from the last sat you were on...it's very strange...
haven't had mine long enough to tell you. i can tell you i don't get anything from that satellite on my hr20 but d* tells me its because nothing in my area is being spotbeamed off that sat.
I have the mpeg4 capable receiver. I'm not sure which model that is but it is the latest one out. My zip is 70448. I know my NOLA locals are not up yet.
