920 Wont Boot

Hi , Last year i sent my receiver to ATS Electronic for a new ID number which i pay over $360.00 . One month ago went i saw the display panel what i saw was a bunch of crazy sings . Now the receiver wont boot it just display does crazy sings went i plug the unit .
Its a shame that it only lasted 12 months after it was repair by ATS Electronics .
Is there is anything i can do to fix it ???

I would first disconnect all wiring from the back and plug it in and see if it will boot. If it has a VC2 module, I would remove it and see if it will boot. If not, I would contact ATS Electronic and see what they have to say about it.

I all ready try all you said and also try to contact them but no luck .
