I suspect the name stands for Cable Television Rap Channel. The programming on CTRC right now pretty much looks like what was on BET J prior to the name change. I suspect tomorrow, the channel will be programming something different. Noggin is now branded as Nick Jr. and N and now branded as Nick Teen; making the change before tomorrow.

CRTC is the Canadian Radio Television Telecommunication Commission. At first glance it looked like something Canadian, but alas no. Though it would be nice to have CBC, Global or Canada TV (CTV).

Welcome additions are the Pentagon and Arts Channels. Though, they added another 24 hour infomercial channel on channel 230. And, ESPNU now shows up on both 141 and 148.
