Odd change, there are only 4 channels on this TP (plus some audio channels). Doesn't seem like more space is needed.

Here is a theory, with more space coming at 72.7, they will free up this TP and TP 10 (or transfer 110 SD programming to free space there). Space for 14 more HD channels that will cover all HD setups.
