8VSB Module

Could anyone tell me if this module came with the 6000 Receiver when it was purchased new, by anyone.

The early models did not have the adapter. Models released later, 6000U, were equipped. I had an early, brand new one out of the box and had to spend $150 for the 8VSB when I went OTA. The early models didn't have an 8PSK adapter either.

I ordered early and paid $99. But later they were giving them away for S/h (9.99 or 14.99 i forget which), and got one for my second 6000. My second 6000 was a 6000U, ie. came with th 8psk adapter.
