83W AMC-9

Is there anything active on 83 AMC-9? On tp 12140V/30000 I get about a 70% Q, but nothing on any other tp. I'm using a 7 1/2 foot with a Invacom QPH-031 hung on the side.

There might be a test card up

RTV/RTN is on there at 11735 H 4440 but it can be very tricky to pick up

Try editing the tp from 11735 to 11734. It worked for me.
TP - 11734
SR - 4444
POL - H
FEC - 3/4
QPSK
When I scanned it, it labeled RTV east as VIDEO 1 and labeled RTV west
as RTV west.
Also if you have an external module in your reciever, choose the built-in tuner or it
will not pick it up.
You can use this tp when looking for AMC-9. It gets a quality signal of 95%.
