Just talked to an CSR about upgrading my 811 to the VIP411. Basically she said that since I'm in my 30 day install window; meaning I have thirty days to upgrade any reciver for a $50 upgrade fee. Well, she said that she can do it but she still can't promise a 411 or 211, because they are still handing out 811. So she said wait until tomorrow night when Charlie speaks about the upgrades because she says that he will discuss that in great length. I'm thinking the upgrade stuff for us exisitng customers will cost us a price of a service call for each reciver so for me it would 100 bucks.
