How much patience can a human being handle. With people cutting their budgets, I don't think DISH is going to have a chance to hold on to current customers who pay over 150.00 a month. I personally paid 181.00 on my last bill and that's with a small credit they put on my acct.
CNBC just reported that 400,000 have dropped their CATV and/or DBS this year and for the first time DTV USA had their first drop.

All of this HD we don't get in Puerto Rico but still is being billed is going to have an impact on retention. Technology is changing fast and more and more platforms are becoming available with all these Smart TVs/tablets and others in the market.

DISH, you should start thinking about what steps are being taken for being stuck at 14 million sub for the longest period I have seen since being a customer since July 1996 with TOP packages on my account.

Think about it DISH.

Can they get Blockbuster off 349. One of my personal OCD issues, since I was a kid with 36 channels on cable is separating Movie channels/packages with nonsense channels. I hate it with HD cable, HD FiOS, EPIX on Dish, and so on and so on.
