Does anyone know how Dish goes about picking which cities to add extra HD locals in?
I am in the Birmingham DMA which is #40, larger than OKC which is #45.
The CW & MY affilates here are both owned by Sinclair.

Some owners own a CW/My and one of the "big 4" in a market. In those cases, they may hold the "big" network hostage for carriage until Dish carries the CW/My they also own.
