8/1/08 new channel

at 12:07PDT i was watching TNT and all of a sudden i got changed to ch. 9900 and when i looked all the new channels where online

Thats interesting since the guide lists the "turbo charging" to be in 35 minutes. I wonder if they jumped the gun.
