722k does backing up the remote save learned functions also?

If I back up the remote setting with the system wizard, will it also save the learned functions it has? (it learned my lexicon preamp functions)

It should still work on the remote control .

The saved functions are saved into the remote. The system wizard saves receiver settings into the remote as well in case you have to change receivers. At least that's the way I was told and I've only recovered settings from the remote to a new receiver once.
