I am a first time user of an internet connected receiver. I have a 722k connected by direct cable to my router (D-Link DIR-615). When I navigate to "diagnostics" I get a "Broad Band connection OK" test result. If I run an "analysis" and "send data" I receive an confirmation back. But when I go to Dish-on-Demand and select one of the tabs for movies or TV shows the fields are empty and a selection of the "search" function results in an error message that the receiver can not connect to the server "error145"
I have been to Dish.com and performed each of the Internet connection troubleshooting steps with no change.
