I have a 722 DVR. A category 5 cable connection between my 2Wire 1701HG Gateway Router/Modem to the 722. When I go through Setup - Diagnostics - Connection it connects. I can look at Blockbuster and everything else. The next day it says my receiver is not connected. I go back to Setup - Diagnostics - Connection and all is good again. The Router/Modem is always on.
Can this be a receiver problem? Any other suggestions? Or, should I call Dish and have them send another 722?
