721 Reboot: end of an EI game?

I just had my 721 reboot after watching an MLBEI game, when the picture froze (I assume when they turned off the channel),
the box froze, and then rebooted.

Anyone else see this? (or is this just another E* bug?)?

I've noticed the same problem all season on NHL Center Ice. Yet to be remedied.
