Response from DISH Tech support was to keep the phone lines unplugged unless ordering a PPV. Fine - except my receivers are in closets out of site and not convienent to get to :< So I pressed them a bit - guess they checked with a 3rd level support and came back and said that one of the receivers must have a modem problem. Now to find out which one it is - disconnect one of the phone lines and watch for it to start calling out at 6 PM in the evening. :>
