7100/7200 HDD Swap

Has anyone swapped a HDD in a 7100/7200 recently?

I just tried to swap in a new drive on my old 7100 and keep getting the "Internet Terminal Defective" message whenever it tries to dial in.

Is there something new that I have to do to force the unit to download the WebTV client?

I swapped in a new drive a few months ago. I got something like "your unit needs to be repaired" until I moved some of the HDD's jumpers. After that, the download took.
