625 Remote trouble.

I am having a strange remote problem,

Whenever I try to adjust the volume on the TV1 remote, it goes to the dish interactive channel. I tried changing the batteries and still get the same thing, what could be wrong, volume up works fine but volume down does this, along with several other buttons.
