I recently bought a 625 plus a dish 1000. The signal meter and switch checks show no problems. I first hooked up this 625 to my old setup of a SW 44 and 2 dish 300's. It gave me no picture but showed a good signal on 110. The same thing is happening since I installed my new Dish 1000. It doesn't appear to be a switch or LNB problem because I hooked up the Dish 1000 to my old 3000 box and I can get a picture on 110. Of course I can't see 129 on my ancient 3000 box. Does this sound like my 625 is bad? I hate to have to return it since I ordered from a state that currently has a hurricane headed toward it.

Are there any free channels on 110? I tried the whats on dish 500 channel and several other 110 channels that didn't show red in the guide.

Your Dish 1000 should be peaked on 119w satellite. IF you have a good lock on the 119 you should get 110 and 129 as well , if your receivers are software upgradable. Use port 1 of the 119 w slot of the dishpro plus twin to peak your dish.

Never mind. I finally found a 110 channel chart and discovered a ppv preview channel that I thought was on 119 that was actually on 110. Time to get this thing authorized.
