622 ??

Recently got a 622. Just noticed that when it is turned off; there are no front panel lights, and it is not recording, that I can hear it humming, and the unit is warm. Is this normal? To hear it humming when the unit is not on?

Unless it's physically disconnected from the SAT feeds and/or unplugged, it is very common to hear the fan and hard drive spinning. There may be instances of where you scheduled a recording, but you turned the box off.
