622 Upgrade Question

In June I went ahead with the new HD upgrade option and upgraded to a VIP 211 and the Platnum Pack, which also comes with the 18 month commitment and a $10.00 credit per month. I am thinking of buying a 622 and sending back the leased 211 and then selling my 510. Are there any problems with buying the 622 and then wanting to send back the 211? Will they count that as breaking the commitment? Or is the commitment only the programming option?

OR you could call dish, and tell them you want to do the Dish'n it up promotion. It would be cheaper than buying a ViP622, and they would come out to install it.
