I just installed a 622 in the den and a 211 in my home office which work well.

I had the installer to wire the system via RG6 to the RF input on 2 Viso 42's (Costco) in our bed room and and again my home office to access the 622.

He couldn't get it to work and we have set the channels to 63, 60 and a lot more.

What is the secret to get a picture on remote HDTV's using the 622?

I'm confused...I thought the HD had to be hooked up directly to the 622 with component cables -- at least that's what the installer told me. Is there a way to hook up the HD remotely?

The OP isn't trying to get HD on TV 2 (I don't think), he is trying to get a picture on a remote TV via the home distribution over coax.

I don't know if this is any help, but when my 622 was upgraded to 403 I lost picture on TV2. It would not come back with hard reboots. They ended up sending me a new reciever. It worked perfectly with 366. The new 622 has 403 and it is working fine. Like I said, I don't know if this has anything to do with your problem. It's just something to think about.

Fisrt off, for the best pq, set tv2 to a lower channel such as 22 or 23(AIR).
change the 622 tv2 settings accordingly.Make sure tv2 menu settings are antenna (air). set to 22 or 23

voila

Also, if you're outputting OTA channel 23 make sure the TV is not set to cable, but to antenna.

When I upgraded to a 622 we had a difficult time getting TV2 to work. I believe the setting was 63 but TVs in my house found the signal on channel 104 after letting the TVs do a channel search. Installer did not know why this was happening but if it works.:)

622 & OTA Recording??

and again yet another 'moving' question
