622 OTA locking up showing no signal until hard reboot.

Am losing OTA with a screen showing signal lost, contact your local station error 739. A power button reboot goes into endless locked reboots. The hard reboot brings everything back for a hour or so until the locals once again disappear. Only affect OTA, but when they are gone, everything slows down from the remote. On the third call, got a tech who told me there is a capacitor which wears out over time which affects the OTA tuner causing this, and they are sending a replacement.
