622 lost tuner 1

hey guys today i turned my 622 on and it shows that i lost tuner 1. i resetted the sw64 switch and i still get no signal. any thoughts? also i would say that my other 622 works fine. also my receivers software is L443.

I too have lost the tuner 1 input of my 622 and it is not even 3 months old
(2nd replacement due to hdmi failure), and it is not a dish pro seperator nor
is it a lnb problem, because from the check switch status screen, input #2
show green/ok on sat's 61.5...110/119, #1 shows "conn and for sat all x"s.
I am getting a replacement. In the meantime I am running the lnb output to tuner #2 to watch temporarily until my replacement shows up....rolou21.

Had some what same problem and reversing output's of the separator to vip 622 fixed it. You can test Tuner1 or Tuner2 independently without the separator by using the cable directly into Tuner1 and goto point dish and read signal level (menu > 6 > 1 > 1)

You might have to re-boot and do a check switch a few times. Last resort clear the switch by doing a check switch with no cable connected to vip 622 satellite input.
