622 and Sling

Been searching, but seems as though all the sling talk is related to the 722. Am I correct to assume that the 622 is not compatible with sling? I ask because I'm working out in the garage & listening to the race on an MRN feed, but thinking it'd be great to put it up on the TV out here slinging to my laptop. Also, does the sling stuff go out to the internet and back to my laptop, or use the house network?

The Sling Adapter only works with a 722, 722k or Hopper. It will not work on the 622.

For streaming, the sling will need to contact our server for authentication, and then it will take the best route for streaming (which will likely be your home network).
