What is on 61.5°W TP-1?

I just got off the phone with Tech Support and one of the checks was Signal Strength on 61.5°W TP-1.

Mine is 0 (Zero), so I was told a Technician would come out to determine what is wrong.

My signal strength on 61.5 Transponder 1 is around a 12. They want to send a tech out, but after research I'm fairly sure its a spotbeam for local channels. If you get your locals, you should be fine.

I saw that TP1 on E-12 @ 61.5 is spot beams which do not apply to me, but I called back and asked and I was told that TP1 on E-3 is a CONUS beam and that I should be getting a signal.

as far as I know, TP1 is spotbeam only. There is no CONUS coverage.
