sure you can get Pas9 in Florida

I can get most of the stuff on Lyngsat here in Minnesota

Here's that satellites distribution map for C-band signals.
Florida looks to be right down-town!
So, anything that isn't encrypted should be easy to receive.

You didn't ask about Ku-band, but anything on the Conus & Europe beam should blow up your dish in Florida.

The Brazil Ku beam lights up Florida, too.

Even stuff on the Mexico Ku beam hits Florida quite well, too.
