I have a 522 that has been working great for the last few years. Recently, I started having a problem where tuner 1 would sit indefinitely at the "trying to find signal" screen, while tuner 2 works fine (I run in dual mode). At first I could power cycle the receiver and it would be fine, but now that doesnt seem to work. Upon doing a switch check, I discovered that it could not get a signal off tuner 1. I swapped the cables between tuner 1 and 2, but found the problem stayed with tuner 1. Is there anything else I can check/test? What can I expect when I call E* if I indeed have a bad tuner?
