522 & the Broadcast Flag

I'm debating switching over to a 522 (when it becomes available to existing customers) vs. building my own MythTv box. Does anyone know if the 522 is going to implement the Broadcast Flag?

I dont want to have a political argument about the merits of the Broadcast Flag. I just want to know whether the 522 is going to implement it.

AFAIK, the Broadcast Flag is only for HD signals; the 522 is a SD receiver.
