510 remote question - how do I get back to this screen?

This is probably common knowledge, but I had never seen this before until yesterday. I dropped my 510 remote on the floor and accidently stepped on it. By doing so, I pressed something that caused a channel guide to appear that showed me several small screens of feeds from the TV channels, so I was able to see what was actually on all these channels at the same time. What did I press to get this screen to show? I did it by accident.

Any help? And no, I'm not talking about the typical text on-screen guide.

That's the Dish Home Interactive Menu. The button is just below the "Record" button.

Can this be setup to show any channel we want? This would be great for my kids to see what's on without having to call me in to read the guide...

Unfortunately, no you can't customize it.
